This year, Mental Health Awareness Week is taking place from Monday, May 10th through to Sunday, May 16th, with the aims of promoting awareness and openness about mental health and creating a space where everyone across the UK can reflect on their own mental wellbeing.
As many of you are aware, the COVID-19 pandemic has had a profound impact on mental health and has left millions of people struggling. With this, acknowledging the importance of mental health and the need for accessible support tools to combat mental health challenges is more important now than ever.
We’ve been carving out time to focus on our mental health through a series of wellness and resilience workshops. Each month from February through June, Michelle McCartan, a leadership coach, consultant and writer, has been hosting workshops on various topics including “Stress, Resilience and Managing the Emotional Rollercoaster” and “The Flow Mindset”.
